Business Incubator

The studio brief required designing a Business Incubator building on the currently unoccupied site, "The Paddock" which sites behind Federation Square, as part of the Greenline Project. The focus of this studio was on robust and innovative architectural tectonics, with the aim of producing documentation style drawings that are suitable for construction and display. The resulting Business Incubator features perforated solar shading, an extensive green roof, siphonic drainage, and acoustic insulation panels.
